Dining at EPCOT

Hello again! It's Gabe here with some noteworthy dining options at EPCOT!

Best Spots for a Quick Meal:

Katsura Grill (Japan)

Katsura Grill is the quick-service option in the Japan pavilion, this location features a great menu complete with various sushi rolls, noodle bowls, and a to-die for chicken cutlet curry. Katsura is in a somewhat secluded area of the pavilion, involving stairs (or a ramp) and a quick jaunt through a peaceful Japanese garden to reach the door of this establishment. The only downside to Katsura is that there is a rather small indoor seating area, although there is a sizable seating area outside, but sitting outside is probably not everyone's first choice, with our Florida heat, and unpredictable rain patterns.

Tangierine Cafe (Morocco)

Tangierine Cafe is the quick-service option in the Morocco pavilion, this restaurant serves up some amazing (for a quick-service location) Middle Eastern fare. The most popular options here are the shawarma platters, which are served with the choice between chicken, or lamb (or both), hummus, tabbouleh, pita, and cous cous. All of the food served with the platter is top-notch, but then again I really like Middle Eastern food, so... The decor of this location (and the Morocco pavilion in general) is all very authentic feeling, with mosaic tiles on the tables and walls.

Best Spots for a Quick Snack:

Les Halles Boulangerie and Patisserie (France)

Les Halles is the bakery in France, which has a TON of options when it comes to baked goods. My personal favorite is the strawberry pastry, which has fresh whipped cream, and strawberries. The Napoleon is quite nice as well. The only downside with this location is that it always seems to be crowded, leaving few options for setting up shop while you devour your pastries.

Karmell Kuche (Germany)

This is the place in Germany that has that heavenly smell when you step inside the door. Here I tend to veer towards the milk chocolate and caramel covered rice krispy treat, the caramel popcorn is also good for a snack that you can carry around the park while you walk.

I hope this helps someone discover a new favorite food at EPCOT!
