Restaurant Review: Olivia's Cafe

Hello again! I'm back with a restaurant review of Olivia's Cafe at Disney's Old Key West Resort!

Olivia's Cafe Overview

This restaurant is located at the Hospitality House of the resort, which is the area where you check in and take the boat to Disney Springs. Olivia's is the only table-service dining location at Disney's Old Key West, and as such is themed to have a sort of laid-back Florida Keys feel. The restaurant has three different dining areas, the first dining room, with the pastel yellow wooden paneling, the sun room sort of space, and an outside patio. The service was as you would expect from a casual Disney table-service restaurant, which is always pleasant.

The Menu

A quick note, I visited during dinner service, so will be reviewing that menu, however I have heard that the breakfast menu is quite nice. Anyways, given Olivia's Florida Keys vibe, the menu has a heavy emphasis on seafood, which I don't mind at all being a Floridian myself! For those not all that into seafood, there are alternatives including a very nice sounding Buttermilk chicken plate, a New York strip, a Prime Rib, and a pork chop option. The service started out with some nice and fresh rolls with butter, which tasted very similar to that given with the bread at 'Ohana, shown here...
Our table sampled the Tortuga Seafood stew (shown below on the left), the Seven Mile Sea Scallops (shown below on the top right), and the Cayo Hueso Shrimp Pasta (shown below on the bottom right)...

Final Thoughts

All the food our table sampled was very tasty, with everything including all the seafood being cooked perfectly. We all agreed that the menu was very nice and provided various options, and we came to the conclusion that we would not hesitate to go back sometime!

Thanks for reading along! As always, leave a comment below if you enjoyed this post, if you now have a restaurant that you have to pay a visit to, or if you have a question about Olivia's Cafe!
